MARTINI MONDAY – (enjoy the first evening of the
week with a cool cocktail and a easy snack!)

In honor of just making it through one of the drinkingest nights of the year, our Martini Monday option is a non-alcoholic drink. Poor a cold one and enjoy.

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
6 oz grape juice

Pour grape juice over ice cream in large glass/cup of choice and blend until smooth. Can add more or less juice depending on desired thickness. Serve immediately with straw and long handled spoon.

Enjoy your Purple Cow with the leftover Christmas cookies you have.
